For the individual who trains solo but require custom and purpose driven workout regimes and desires regular accountability and progress check-ins

Based on your health and fitness goals, this is more than just workouts. I monitor your progress and am available 24/7 for any exercise questions through my fitness application platform. Custom programs are released on a 4 week cycle period, which means every 4 weeks you will get a new set of workouts. You get a free 15 min online consult every fortnight.

Price: $39NZD per week OR $450 in Full

Duration: 12 Week Minimum Commitment Term

Includes: Initial consult, fitness app, up to 7 workouts per week, 15 min check-in fortnightly

Purpose Generic Programs

For the individual who needs a generic training program designed to last 12 weeks. Depending in your goals, whether it is strength, weight loss, cardiovascular, there is a program for you to get started with.

Based on your health and fitness goals, this will be a generic 12 week program with 3 x 4 week cycles.
