Based on your nutritional fact finding session, we will create a 4 week meal guidance plan. This will include meal options for each meal of the day including snacks and drinks based on foods that you like eating. Yes there will be sacrifices but this is not a diet, it is a balanced approach to eating healthier and still enjoying the foods that you like eating.
